Soul Machines reimagined the use for the Digital Avatar product into a gallery of AI Assistants that one could talk to about a number of subjects. One could help you practice speaking English, another could give you travel hacks and tips, while another could help you with awkward family convos.
The GenZ demographic was identified as the target audience with the highest potential for growth. The design of each avatar, the subject matter, and the use cases were all determined through focus groups conducted with individuals from the Gen Z background. Various marketing channels were employed, with Instagram stories being the primary focus. I played a pivotal role in the execution of these elements within the go-to-market strategies. The outcome was a significant increase of over 2,000% in platform usage and a threefold increase in the duration of conversations with the avatars.
